Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase apply to orders placed through Greernveille.

Wenzhou Yunsheng Technology Co., Ltd., South-side Room, 3rd Floor, No. 200 Dongfang North Road, Binjiang Subdistrict, Lucheng District, Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China.

1. Order Submission

When placing an order, customers may be required to provide:

• Name;
• Email address;
• Telephone number;
• Shipping address;
• Billing information;
• Payment details;
• Other information reasonably required to process the transaction.

Customers are responsible for checking that submitted information is accurate.

2. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order begins the transaction process but does not guarantee fulfillment.

An order may be reviewed for payment authorization, product availability, delivery information, suspected fraud, or other legitimate transaction concerns.

If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment has been collected, the applicable cancelled amount will be refunded.

3. Prices and Charges

Product prices are displayed through the website.

Before an order is completed, customers will have an opportunity to review the applicable purchase amount, including product charges, shipping costs, eligible discounts, and applicable taxes where relevant.

4. Payment

Orders must receive successful payment authorization before normal fulfillment.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may be provided through third-party payment processors.

5. Obvious Errors

If an obvious technical or pricing error affects a purchase, we may contact the customer before fulfillment.

Where appropriate, the customer may be given an opportunity to proceed using the corrected information or cancel the affected purchase.

Amounts collected for an order subsequently cancelled because of such an error will be refunded as applicable.

6. Shipping Terms

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

For eligible U.S. orders:

Orders from $0.00 to $38.99 USD
Standard Shipping: $2.99 USD

Orders of $39.00 USD or more
Standard Shipping: FREE

Estimated Standard Shipping delivery:

10–20 business days after dispatch

7. Returns

Eligible merchandise may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Customers must contact service@greernveille.com before sending merchandise back.

For preference-based returns, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping.

If merchandise is confirmed to have arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, we will provide an appropriate solution without additional return cost to the customer.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds following a return are generally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Additional processing time by banks or payment providers is outside our direct control.

9. Changes and Cancellations

Requests should be submitted as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist when fulfillment has not progressed too far.

If an order has already been dispatched or has reached a stage where cancellation is no longer reasonably possible, an eligible product may instead be handled through our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.

We do not impose an arbitrary cancellation fee simply because a customer submits an eligible cancellation request.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact customer service and provide:

• Your order number;
• Details of the problem;
• Relevant photographs or videos where appropriate.

We will review the information and provide an appropriate resolution.

11. Mandatory Consumer Rights

These Terms do not exclude consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted.

If applicable mandatory consumer protection law grants additional rights, those rights continue to apply.
